The surface of the farm, which is about 30 hectares, is covered by growing of olive groves and cereals, by which we produce different food specialities.

Two qualities of extra virgin olive oil, produced from the first squeezing, are the most prestigious products of this limited quantity production; one is produced in the farm ” Il Grillese”, and the other, which is called “Seggianese”, comes from our olive groves, that located on the slopes of Amiata mountain.
